CNC Machining
Our latest generation Haas VF2 CNC mill can take on your typical metals like steel and aluminum, but also cast iron and titanium. We work on prototypes as well as production runs, high precession parts down to 0.001" tolerance, and low precession parts with short lead-times.
3D Printing
We use Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing to create prototype parts, but also production parts with performance materials like PPA-CF, a carbon-fiber reinforced nylon. Our customers that are working on proof-of-concepts that utilize our design services typically choose 3D printing before investing in a CNC machined part.
Welding and Fabrication
We are able take on projects that require welding and general fabrication to the finish line. Instead of going to a both a machine shop and fabrication shop, we can get your part complete under one purchase order without running back and forth.
