Mount your aluminum skid plate without worrying about your bolt heads wearing down and catching on rocks. Designed and tested for motorsports, specifically stage rally, these mounts are also perfect for all types of off-roading and general underbody protection.

Simply, cut a hole into your aluminum plate using a 1.25" hole saw, then weld the mount over the hole.

When welded onto a 3/16" thick plate, most bolt heads will sit flush with the surface of the skid plate. Thicker plates can also be used, which will create an even deeper recess.

These mounts are intended for use with M10 or 3/8" hex bolt heads featuring either a flange head or a washer. The recess provides 24.9mm of socket clearance, offering easy access for most impact sockets.

Precision machined out of lightweight 6061 aluminum.

**Thickness**: 5/16" (7.93mm)  
**Dimensions**: 1.70" x 1.70" (43.18mm x 43.18mm)  
**Recess depth**: 0.167" (4.25mm)  
**Maximum bolt head/washer width**: 0.98" (24.9mm)

**Total recess depth**: Recess depth + your skid plate thickness. That's 9mm for 3/16" skid plates, and 10.6mm for 1/4" skid plates.

Example of the skid plate mount used in a stage rally application on a 3/16" skid plate. The mount was welded on both sides to help prevent dirt buildup.
